• All orders ship from Nashville, Indiana in Brown County.
• Estimated delivery dates are shown on each product page and at checkout.
• U.S. orders of $35 or more receive free standard shipping.
• Tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout when your order ships.
• Please review your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if it needs to be corrected.

Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances may occasionally affect delivery times after an order leaves our hands.

Returns

Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original condition.
• For hygiene reasons, opened or used bath and body products cannot be returned unless there is a problem with the order.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted before an order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process above if it is eligible.

International Orders

Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply, and customs delays are outside our control.
