Scent strength can feel different from person to person and from room to room, so we describe each fragrance as clearly as possible on the product page. If you prefer bold, soft, fresh, sweet, cozy, floral, or masculine scents, contact us and we can help you choose.

Use wax melts only in an approved wax warmer. Do not add water. Do not leave a warmer unattended. Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and anything flammable. Wax melts are not edible.

To help handmade soap last longer, keep it dry between uses and place it on a draining soap dish or soap saver.

Yes. Our handmade soaps, candles, wax melts, bath soaks, lip balms, sugar scrubs, and body butters are made in small batches with attention to detail, scent, and everyday use.

Return eligibility is shown on each product page. For hygiene reasons, opened or used bath and body products may not be eligible for return unless there is a problem with the order.

We occasionally run Free Shipping Friday promotions for U.S. shoppers. When the promotion is active, eligible orders can receive free shipping even if they are under the usual $35 free-shipping threshold. Promotion details will be shown on the website when available.
